Key Role Accountabilities
1. Supervise the nominated ground handler passenger movement process：Pre-check-in、Check-in、Baggage reconciliation、Departure gate process、Boarding、Flight closing、Reporting
监控乘客值机全过程，包括行李超重处理，托运行李的检查，航班关闭服务，报表。
2. Supervise ramp operations：ARR and DEP ramp movement、Cargo、Engineering、Fuelling、Cleaning、BAH/DPR/OHD
监控机坪操作流程 ，包括动向监测，货物监管，机务监管，油料监管、机场清洁，不正常行李处理、重量分配等。
3. Supervise post-flight operations：Banking、Daily service report、Monitor routine operation and administration
监督航班的后续工作，包括银行入账，日常服务报表
4. Assist station manager complete daily and monthly task.
协助站长完成目标。
5. Provide timely and accurate monthly station report
根据公司的要求，提供准时有效的报告
Requirement
1. College degree or above
大专以上学历
2. Microsoft knowledge (word/excel/power point etc)
熟悉Office软件
3. Work under day and night shift
适应夜晚轮班
4. Good at English writing and listening
英语的听写良好
5. Foreign airlines operation experience will be a plus
有外国航空工作经验优先
